Jessica - Office Manager
Jessica is a Pensacola native and has been with our practice for over 14 years. In her free time she enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling. She is also a proud mom to her handsome pit bull Hank.
Courtney - Administrative Assistant
Courtney has been working in the healthcare industry for four years. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her nieces, shopping, and going to Painting with a Twist,
Emily - Office Coordinator
Emily has been in optical for 9 years. She is currently our Assistant Manager and Office Coordinator. In her spare time she enjoys being a football and cheer mom to her 3 kids. She enjoys going to concerts and enjoying our white, sandy beaches.
Lisa - Optical Sales
Lisa has been in optical sales, management, and patient care for 18 years. She is American Board Certified and is enrolled in the Hillsborough Community College opticianry program working towards obtaining her Florida license. She is a mother of 5, a "nanny" to 3 beautiful girls, and is married to the love of her life.
Our Practice
James W. Andrews Optometry is a privately owned eye care center located in West Pensacola, Florida. We have been established here since 1982. Over 35 years later, we still strive to bring our patients the exact same experience that spread the word about our friendly Doctor and staff.
In our office you will find 2 exam rooms stocked with some of the most up-to-date technology to carefully monitor the health of your eyes. Outside of our exam rooms is a large optical department that is stocked with over 1,200 different frame options. Our optical department is also proud to offer our patients Essilor lens options that provide you the best vision possible in your lenses.
Please note that our office is, unfortunately, NOT wheelchair accessible. If you or your loved ones are in a wheelchair, we do recommend finding a local optometrist with a wheelchair accessible facility.
Our staff here is constantly pursuing ways to better your experience in our office by taking continuing education classes and carrying certifications that allow them to better serve your needs from an Optometrist office. Meet Our Doctor
James W. Andrews , OD
Dr. Andrew's has been in the eyecare industry for over 40 years. He graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham in 1977 as a Doctor of Optometry. He has since held many titles in the field of Optometry including President of the West Florida Optometric Association and President of the Florida Optometric Association.
In his free time, he enjoys swing dancing, going out to the many different local restaurants, and travelling to various cities in the US to experience the different local cuisines.
